Olivenhain is located in the beach community of Encinitas, California. The Olivenhain community is a premier area in the eastern section of Encinitas that is well known for its large estate homes and equestrian zoned properties. The area borders the city of Rancho Santa Fe and you’ll see many horse trails throughout the community. Homes are normally located on large over-sized lots that can be well over one acre of land. The Olivenhain neighborhood is also an excellent place for top local schools in the area with children attending either the Encinitas Union or San Dieguito school district. Some of the schools in the Olivenhain area include Pioneer elementary, Dieguno junior high, and La Costa Canyon high school.
